‘Pure’ plots are already hard to come by, non-obvious land whose function can be changed is in demand, says Daniel Puchalski, managing partner at Immo Lab.

Since the beginning of 2024, the immo lab consultancy has taken part in investment land sales worth PLN 480 million. Further transactions worth PLN 270 million are still in the pipeline. In total, the agreements currently being finalised and negotiated will generate investments worth more than PLN 1.5 billion and will lead to the creation of almost 400,000 sq m of new residential and warehouse space. immo lab forecasts a good year for investment land in Poland. An important impulse supporting growth in this segment is the increased activity of private equity funds.
