Immo lab, a consulting firm specializing in real estate, is participating in the sale of investment land valued at PLN 270 million. This transaction is part of a busy year for the company, which has already been involved in deals totaling PLN 480 million since the start of 2024.

We are proud to announce the completion of a forward -purchase transaction, which will result in the launch of 200 PRS ( privet rental sector) flats representing 10,261 sqm of residential and commercial floor space on the Wroclaw market. During the transaction, immolab represented the Wroclaw-based developer Hossanova and the buyer is the investment fund AFI Europe, known for its numerous investments in the European market.
