Ryszard Kulczyk has taken the position of Business Development Partner and will be responsible for the company's development of capital projects and land and investment projects.

He holds a state license as a Real Estate Broker and has extensive experience in major financial corporations. He has organized numerous conferences on legal, financial and real estate investment topics. He is a certified mediator in business matters.

The agency specializes in strategic consulting in the area of investment land for the logistics and industrial sector, services, office, retail, residential and PRS segments, and acts as an intermediary in capital transactions. To date, it has completed 12 large investment and leasing transactions in major Polish cities such as Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw, Katowice with a total area of more than one million square meters and a value of more than 370 million zlotys.
