Immo Lab with another deal in Krakow

Consulting agency Immo Lab has finalized the sale of an investment land with a building permit, located in Krakow. The buyer is development holding company Develia S.A., and the seller is Cracovia Property sp. z o.o..

The land subject to the transaction, with an area of 4,688 sqm, is located on Bochenka Street and has a building permit for a residential and commercial property.

"The growing popularity of hybrid and remote work has significantly contributed to an increase in customer interest in apartments located a little farther from the strict centers of large cities, in a more friendly environment for everyday life. The key to the success of non-obvious locations is good communication. The property on Bochenka Street is the best example of this. On the one hand, here we have convenient access to key business centers and the very center of Cracow, and on the other hand, thanks to quick access to the A4 highway, we can go out of the city in no time," says Paweł Kucz, Transaction Manager, immo lab.

The development potential of the plot is high, reaching 8,300 sqm of total usable space, including 7,373 sqm of residential space.

"The Krakow land market is doing well and is one of the most interesting ones for investors at the moment, as evidenced by the fact that it was one of the few to score price increases in the first quarter of this year. We see a lot of interest from developers in this city, especially in the so-called young districts, where there is still room for new urban fabric. What's more, in Krakow, investors want to develop PRS projects, so this is an element significantly influencing the dynamics of offers," explains Daniel Puchalski, Managing Partner and Founder of immo lab.
