Immo Lab has partnered with Ghelamco on the Archicom transaction
In one of the most important transactions in the Warsaw real estate market this year, Archicom - a nationwide developer owned by the Echo Investment Group - has acquired from Ghelamco the perpetual usufruct rights to a plot of land, ownership of office buildings and rights under leases located on properties in Warsaw for PLN 55 million. net.
On Ghelamco's side, the Immo Lab consulting firm advised on the transaction. The latest transaction is in line with Archicom's long-term investment policy, which aims to strengthen its position in the capital's residential real estate market. Archicom, which is part of the Echo Investment group and has been listed on the Stock Exchange since 2016, also intends to launch projects in other major Polish cities in the near future.
